The window overlooks the main street and is quite busy, has street performers in the evening, but personally quite liked that!

We loved every minute of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink at the bar, and bottled water in our room. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, and espresso machine, along with a generous supply of complimentary teas, coffees, and replenished water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the reception team, who were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent guidance day and night. The only area for improvement would be the bar service. On one occasion, I was told there was no Grappa, only to find it myself. Another time, I ordered a specific type of Port from the menu but received a different one. A bit more training for the bar staff on available selections would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return!

With a prime location in Lisbon's Old Town, Grape Harbor features elegant accommodation at just 500 metres from Rossio. Everything was perfect: location, apartment, full fridge, bottle of wine, breakfast! It was a rainy day and staff helped us with the parking I asked for more bread in the morning ( you are supposed to ask for it by 5 pm the day before, but I miscalculated), and they brought it in ten minutes

The way the staff was taking care of the overall social life of the guests gave me a sense of inclusion. As a solo traveler, I found that really welcoming and helped to make new friends.
