By short walk you get to a private beach on the lake - it is on the rocks, so maybe not for small children to play alone- but absolutely beautiful to sit, relax, you can do BBQ, swim. The nearest small town is 15 min drive where you have large supermarket and several restaurants. The hostess was friendly, came to welcome us and show everything.

Great Bed and Breakfast in a lovely town right next to the biggest lake in Sweden. We stayed only for one night but could have stayed way longer. Very friendly host that runs a restaurant with delicious Fish and Chips in the same street. Breakfast was also superb. And what a great area, great spot to explore the lake, the Gotta canal with it's beautiful locks and multiple Nature Reserves.
