You are living in the jungle but you have your own little safe house without any animals and insects. Super private and comfortable. Surprisingly there even were no mosquitoes outside. You can always have some good drinks and food in the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfasts are good, but pretty simple and of course not as variative as you can find in many cafes and restaurants on the island.

An array of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkelling, diving and fishing. Beautiful beaches, such as Haadtien Beach and Freedom Beach, can be reached within a walking distance. Sunken Ship is 3.2 km from MAR24 Koh Tao Hotel, while Mango Bay is 6 km away. First of all the staff were amazing. During all of our stay they were very welcomig and kind. I was sick and they were very helpful. The facilities are food, and we liked the location that wasn't in the center but was 7 minutes by motorbike.

Such a nice, friendly and genuine person. Honestly, it's a shame he wasn't around more (because as the owner, he's busy with many things) because every time he was around the whole place lit up. I originally planned to stay just a couple of nights, but I ended up extending again and again, eventually staying 8 nights! The place has a really warm, family-like atmosphere that made it very hard to leave. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The hostel is cleaned frequently and everything always felt very tidy and well-maintained. One of the highlights for me were the daily shuttle services to different beaches around Koh Tao. It made exploring the island super easy and fun. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming stay with great people and good vibes! <3
