The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff ( Mai and Pleng and Mon and Salmon) were incredibly friendly and welcoming ( many thanks for them ). And the staff of house keeping they were amazing. Their warmth really made my experience special. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket

My mum had a doubble bed room on same level and it was just as lovely. Air-conditioning was brilliant and we enjoyed walking back into our lovely cool rooms each afternoon. Would like to give a Special thanks to Hotel staff for going above and beyond when we asked for help over 5 hours after we had checked out. 🙏thankyou so much.
