This 5-star resort offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Some rooms at the property have a patio with pool view. Staying at STAY was the BEST decision I did for my Thailand trip! The room and facilities were exceptional! I found it hard to leave the room because it was so relaxing to stay inside. The facilities were all focused on health and wellness, which are two of the big factors why I chose to book this place. I joined the HIIT and yoga classes, and tried their amazing 3-floor gym. I also loved the cafe and restaurant- everything I tried tasted fresh and well-prepped. I would honestly go back and stay for a month!

So close to the airport. Only 5 minute walk from arrivals. Walk through the car park where the busses are. I had my own HUGE double bed and private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Free water in the room. Friendly helpful staff. They also have washing machines there. Pool area was very nice. Only stayed one night after I landed but it was so ideal. And I relaxed by the pool for the morning. Was able to buy a beer in reception.

Comfortable rooms and suites offer a spacious balcony that looks out towards the ocean. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Truly exceptional stay. Would give 12 stars if possible! What a beautiful view from every room. Everywhere was service with a smile. Breakfast variety is just about enough, but the quality is outstanding: free range charcuterie hams, cold pressed sugarcane juice/cold drip coffee, eggs Florentine at the egg station, house-made jams etc. They offered us a free upgrade but we didn't take it because the better room is on 8th floor and the lift only goes up to 6th, plus my friend had a bad back. But they were very kind to show us both rooms and let us choose. Anyway both had the same extra-comfy super king bed, great view and bathtub. The beach is a mere 3 min walk from the lobby. For hotel guests, they offer free beach chairs, umbrella setup, and even one kayak, paddle board and a motor boat if you know how to use it. First come first serve basis. The beach itself is perfection. Fine powdery sand, not too hot on the feet even at noon, and generally calm waves by Phuket standards. Very special compliments to Champ and Kee managing the Nai Harn beach gear at Rock Salt restaurant. Champ made our entire beach experience lovely with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness. When we got into some trouble in the sea with the paddleboard, Kee spotted us immediately and alerted Champ who ran to come help. My friend would have lost her glasses if not for Champ's help! He really is a champ 🏆 Outside the resort, Rawai area has some decent restaurants and 30 min drive to the Old Town/weekend night market. If we come back to stay at the Nai Harn it would be for the fantastic hotel service and proximity to a nice beach. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday!

The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. The staff was very personable, they went out of their way to help set up a surprise for my wife while we were out. I also forgot a personal item and they went out of their way to get it sent back to me
