The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! Very calm neighbourhood, the decoration of the apartment was very nice looking and it was inside a typical Tunisian house. The breakfast was very nice and enough for two for the whole stay. The brand new toothbrushes and toothpaste came very handy as my friend happened to forget her toothpaste. Eya was really nice and gave us a long list of all the spots we have to go to around Sidi Bou Said. We enjoyed our stay in this really nice town/neighbourhood.
