It’s the most perfect charming and beautiful Boutique Hotel you can stay at in addition to being located in the best spot in Sidi Boud Said. The place had a charming and elegant vibe to it , well manicured gardens , perfect pool , sit out and well maintained rooms . I personally loved sitting out on the patio it was so peaceful and serene. The place looks exactly like in the photos. The staff are so very friendly and helpful even though we could only converse in English . Definitely a place we would want to stay at again. Thanks to Hedi and the staff for making our stay perfect

It’s difficult to write a review about this property without it sounding unbelievable, that’s because it is, unbelievably good in every way. The hotel is a quiet area a short journey from the airport, close to the Roman archeological sites of Carthage, stunning views from the roof terrace, staff that couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, including meeting requirements for gluten free food and providing guidance for finding our way around. The property is impeccably clean and tastefully designed. The food cooked to order for us was excellent varied and in more than adequate quantities. At the end of the road is a nice cafe called Jasmin, where there was also a friendly helpful greeting, nice food and drinks which we used for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner one evening. I can’t single out any member of staff for special commendation, all went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and very special.

Wonderful place, quiet, comfortable, amazing rooms - we were given an upgrade to the wonderful ottoman room which was super, featuring a little terrace with a sea view. Staff are incredibly nice and kind, breakfast is very good, everything is sparkling clean and bed was extremely comfortbale. Definitely a place to go back to!

We were a family of four, the property met our expectations and was more than expected! it was very Clean, Spacious, the neighborhood is very classy and quiet. Location was perfect in la Marsa very close to everything. The Host was very welcoming and agreed to our request of a 1-hour late check out. Would definitely recommend it to our friends and family planning to visit Tunis.

The flat is located in a quiet area, la Marsa center and you get everything around you, the resto , cafe , florist … The apartment is well equipped completely, feels like home , and the owner is very helpful , keeping in touch with. I appreciate it and wish to come back soon.

Very good located, near to the beach, shops, safe neighbourhood. The owner very nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, balcony with nice view. Wi-fi perfect, as well as prime pratform. I recomennd it.

The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! Beautiful Tunisian compound in peaceful street just off the main street where are restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc. Sidi bou Said center is just 15 min walk away with its picturesque narrow streets, white-and-blue houses and great views to the sea. Eya and Abbas are really friendly and helpful people; their family live in same compound. Parking in the gated yard. Beautiful green yard, house traditional blue and white. Washing machine is there and plenty of things for breakfast in the fridge. Mind your head if you are tall to not to hit your head in narrow door frames.
