Had a great stay! The room was clean quiet and dark at night, beds bigger than average. The owner are super nice and created a very social atmosphere that’s not so easy to find in this part of Asia. Perfect location too

This part of Sun Moon Lake is not where most tourists stay, but i like the quieter environment. The hotel is near the shopping and eating street although there are not many shops like in more touristy places. The room overlooks the lake. There is a walkway by the lake just in front of the hotel, and we saw the sunset from there. There are restaurants nearby serving tribal dishes. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was quite nice with healthy vegetables and the bamboo rice was delicious!

Our hotel room was facing the lake and it provided a good view of the sunset over the lake. The view was the best part of the room! Room was clean and spacious as well

Perfect location, nice staff with prompt response and suggestion for itinerary for short stay. The home made local flavour breakfast is a great bonus.

We had a beautiful room - view, facilities and decor. The breakfast buffet was on the top floor and was a small Chinese stle buffet. Parking was easy, we let them know we wanted a parking spot. They responded promptly. As instructed, we drove to the hotel and the receptionist took us to a locked parking lot 100m away. Best of all was the location - heaps of food shops, the ferry wharf and coastal path all within 100m. Ita Thao was lots of fun.

This hostel is awesome! Such an interesting vibe, and Lawrence is a superstar and can give you so many restaurant recommendations that you will leave obese! Because of the industrial vibe sounds echo a lot off the hard surfaces (there aren't really any soft furnishings) but it wasnt crazy loud, I stayed an extra night and slept fine :)

Nice view from the room as have requested for a room which is able to see the sunset. The room is very spacious.
