From the moment I arrived after booking the same day I had a very wonderful experience. The staff greeted me with big smiles and welcoming conversation and gestures. I was offered some soothing warm tea, which was perfect as I look forward to a restful evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the property very attractive and safe and pretty. The breakfast was out of this world with fruit and toast and juice and omelette and coffee that was included in the price. I felt like a queen. I highly recommend if you’re flying into Entebbe or spending time here for other reasons. It is a gem!

We even got to try a local cuisine buffet which they originally made for the owners and friends I think. But they offered us a plate and it was awesome. They also picked us up late at night from the airport and everything went smoothly. Ham (our driver) welcomes us very warmly and even gave us an arrival beer well after hours. Also very nice sunsets and views of Lake Victoria. So all in all a great place to start your journey to Africa at.

The staff were kind, polite, attentive and efficient. The place is new and well organized (I gather that this is a new location). There was no clutter and the garden was relaxing and lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet, and is perfect for those who want privacy. I was traveling for work so I needed to use the internet and it was reliable. The room that was assigned to me was really great - it was not cramped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and there was sufficient pressure for the shower.
