Kitchen w Mr Coffee maker plus coffee for next morning was perfect. As was the super clean fridge and bathroom. Appreciated the quiet.

Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.

Beach Plum Resort is 3 miles from Montauk Downs and Montauk Point Lighthouse Museum is 10 minutes’ drive. The view was gorgeous from the upper level, we watched the sun set and whales swim in the morning. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and lovely. Kitchen was well stocked and had a dishwasher, making it easy to make meals. Super easy check in and lovely receptionist. 10 min walk into town

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property.

Rooms have a balcony with a sea view, dining area and kitchen. Direct access to the beach! Beatiful!
