Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property. A wonderful resort stay. The room was perfectly spaced out and had all the needed amenities. The day we visited was rainy so we stayed indoors mostly and we enjoyed the cosy feel the room provided.

It features an outdoor pool and a tennis court.... This facility is exceptionally clean. The room was very large with a good view. It had a separate room with dining table, 4 chairs and pullout couch. High quality furniture. A very enjoyable visit.
