Our stay at this hotel was great, especially the sunrise at 5:50am on the ocean shore, it was worth choosing this hotel.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative review about the host. We initially had some issues with our room, but the problem was resolved immediately, and I was able to communicate with the host very easily via iMessage. The house is just two streets away from Coney Island, which is definitely worth a visit if you’re staying in New York.

Breakfast provides fruits, coffee, yogurt, muffin, bread, cheese, etc. I didn't expect this quality for American B&B! Well maintained clean room and shared bathroom. Coffee, tea, is free for all customer. 10min walk to Clifton MTA station to St. George Ferry terminal. If used train, it will give you one free subway ride in Manhattan. Good American home-stay experience, and if you like quiet place to stay away from city, I'd highly recommend.

This luxurious oceanfront hotel is 11 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport. Situated on the boardwalk, it features a seasonal rooftop pool and the L’onda Lounge. We like everything about the hotel. The location was right on the boardwalk. The food at the hotel was good, but if u wanted food outside, there was a whole strip with options. It was nice and peaceful too and the staff was excellent.

The cost is just perfect. 6 colleagues stayed for 3 nights. we did a lot of cooking & enjoyed the stay. beds and linens were super clean and so was the bathroom. The apattment is in basement, but doesn't matter really. There is heater and AC included. 24 hours of hot water. What else can i ask for in a city like NY. Host was super responsive , that was the best part.
