Nice quiet hotel in a nice area of Melbourne beach. Exceptionally clean, you had air conditioning and fan. The pool was great for the kids. They had umbrellas, chairs and sand toys for the beach. Stephanie and Amy were very nice and helpful at the reception. Area is much more high value for money compared to Miami. The amazing bonus was that it is turtle eggs laying season so we could see the turtles coming from the sea in the evening and in the morning at sunset you could see the baby turtles hatching. Amazing experience when you go with kids however not guaranteed by the hotel but by nature. Don't forget to buy the red lights to see the turtles and not scare them. Very quiet and peaceful. We fell in love with this place. In the area you have the local dining which is much more friendly then Orlando and Miami.

Resort Tuckaway Shores is 25 minutes’ drive from Sebastian Inlet State Park and Cocoa Beach Pier. Melbourne Airport is about 6 miles away. Almost everything! Classic Florida hotel with character and charm. Very clean, spacious room with amenities and a beautiful view. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was close to everything but felt “off the beaten path”. Really great get away location and we definitely plan to return!

Lost Inn Paradise offers waterfront accommodations in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The property features on-site fishing, kayaking, and scenic sunsets. Rooms are equipped with free WiFi and a cable TV. Cape Canaveral is 13.2 km from the property. The location was amazing, right by the banana river with a small pier out to it. After a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction you were right at the beach. The complex also had a communal "rooftop" balcony. You could watch the most amazing sunsets from here (and I imagine that if you looked the other way and came here in the morning you'd have a nice view as well). You could also borrow kayaks and use a barbecue fireplace, althought we didn't have time to try that. Contacless Check in was very convenient. We also talked to one of the women working there and she was the nicest person and very helpful. The room was big, clean and had a very useful kitchenette (full size fridge, sink and counterspace). The little things also made it really nice to stay here (Outdoor seating, shower right in front of the room and broom inside so you didn't have sand all over the appartment). All in all it had everything you would need and the stay was enjoyable.

The owners were very approachable and nice My apartment was immaculate and it was literally steps to the beach. Great value. Very quiet place. Not fancy, but everything you need to relax and enjoy some time at the ocean.
