We arrived to Nha Trang by bus from Hoi An, bus station is located 5 to 7 minutes from hotel by Grab/taxi. The gentlemen on reception are very nice and friendly, always very proactive for providing information and helping with any question we had, they also helped us find the tour services we were looking for. The room itself was great, the size is good with much space, windows and well equiped. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy. The pool located in the roof top is in very good condition and also a terrace for chilling is available, nice and very spacious. It is also possible to leave your luggage after check out. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We totally recommend this hotel and for sure would come back. Thanks for the service.

The pool, the steam room, and the sauna were spotlessly clean. It's the best pool I've swam in since being in Vietnam. The view from my hotel was spectacular. Close to a quiet part of the beach.

Everything is very new and clean. Room was very spacious and the decor was modern and beautiful. Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.
