This is a perfect hotel. It has everything that is described but it is of higher quality and more beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous, unbelievably comfortable bedding, lots of hot water, fabulous bathtub. I changed from a pool view as I prefer to wake to weather and I was thrilled with my balcony views. The staff are so so amazing. Beyond charming is a genuine way. Breakfast is really great, especially for us with gluten and other issues, always lots of excellent food. I cannot praise this hotel any higher. If they made one mistake it is that beside the bed draws rather than tables would be better, but, I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Hoi An

The pool facilities are great (although noisy because of the construction.) The location is very good because it's not in the center of town and therefore away from all the noise (karaoke, loud music etc...)

Marble Mountains is 13.1 km away while Da Nang International Airport is 21 km from the homestay. Very good location with a couple of minutes from the beach. A small oasis. Fairly quiet and calm, with a beautiful garden and nice rustic bungalow with awesome decorations. We loved everything, our only regret is we didn't stay longer. Tasty breakfast served at a nearby restaurant. We were slightly worried because of some of the reviews mentioning rats etc, but didn't need to worry. There is a lot of nature around so it is obvious there will be creatures, but this was not at all disturbing, there are no rats running around! Very good atmosphere in general, special thanks to Luna!

We even wanted to stay longer but it was sold out. Absolutely best place I’ve stayed on our whole 7 week trip! Thankyou

I liked that the hotel was easy commuting distance to the old town via their complimentary shuttle, but close to the beach with some great eateries just a short walk away. The room and bed were very comfortable, the most comfortable we have experienced yet. The staff were friendly and obliging and always happy to help us.

The property features mountain and quiet street views. The guest house has family rooms. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.
