The pool facilities are great (although noisy because of the construction.) The location is very good because it's not in the center of town and therefore away from all the noise (karaoke, loud music etc...)

Special shout out to mister Vy, who made sure everything was ok and could give us great advice on what to do in the area, and to mister Thi for the freshly picked coconuts from their own coconut trees on the resort. The breakfast was very tasty with almost too many options to choose from (Vietnamese, French, English, ...). 3 times a day the resort offers a free shuttle to (and from) Hoi An with options in the morning and afternoon. When "too many" people want to go, they just arrange another car so everyone can go. All in all, great stay, and would definitely visit again!

We have a wonderful experience and extended our stay way longer than intended. It feels like home, the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are great, very spacious and clean. There is even a shared kitchen which can be used. The location is amazing, right by the river and a few minutes away from a wonderful ocean site. A market is close as well as a winmart. Also great coffee shops around.

The property features mountain and quiet street views. The guest house has family rooms. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.
