First of all, I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Miss Chee. She has been in constant contact with me since the first day of my reservation. She arranged all transportation and accommodations exactly as I requested. Upon arrival at the airport, a private chauffeur greeted us at the door and took us directly to Halong Bay. Upon arrival, the staff there immediately took our luggage and offered us both hot and cold refreshments. Then, we were taken to the cruise ship on a private speedboat, which was a very fun experience. It felt like we were racing through all of Halong Bay, enjoying breathtaking views. When we arrived at the cruise ship, we were warmly welcomed at the entrance. They immediately offered us cold drinks and informed us that our luggage would be taken to our room while we were escorted to lunch. The lunch was fantastic, marking the beginning of our cruise journey. As for the food, I would say that it matches the price paid. Don't expect a high-end fine dining experience, but the service and staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They were always keeping an eye on us, ensuring we had everything we needed—without being intrusive. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything. My spouse and I will definitely return next year. I highly recommend this cruise without hesitation. Our room was amazing, located on the upper deck with a private balcony and panoramic windows. We spent our days enjoying the stunning views. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy, which was a bit of a downside, but everything else—especially the service, the staff, and Miss Chee—made for a wonderful Halloween vacation. Once again, thank you so much! I highly recommend this cruise to anyone considering it.

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats... The entire trip was just simply amazing. We have enjoyed every moment. We arrived to the cruise, all the cruise rooms were really nice, the crew took care of us every moment of our trip. The food was REALLY delicious. Our tour guide Binh was amazing and gave us a lot of information on every trip we did. We went for kayaking (3 hours) and bicycle trip to local village next day. Both trip were amazing with possibility to swim, jump from boat etc. Highly recommend.

The whole experience was first class. Room and facilities were spacious clean. Views are stunning,food was first class and plentiful.great activities which are optional. Plenty to do but peaceful if wanted. All staff were helpful polite but two people made it special for us Jerry a new boy has a little to learn but was so kind and willing to. Tina what can I say she is a very special she made me and my wife’s trip,one we will never forget, very professional in all aspects. Thank you❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay on Calista Cruise. We were picked up early from our accommodation and brought to the bay reception, where we waited around 30-40 minutes with refreshments and clean facilities while the transfer boat was being prepared.
