We received free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise, as this cruise was part of our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful in every way, especially Ha and Tam, girls who were both genuinely interested in how we were enjoying ourselves, where we came from etc. The room was clean, food was great. We really have nothing to complain about.

Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group is situated in Ha Long. The property is set at Tuan Chau Marina, Halong Bay. Guests can enjoy sea views. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. I think that was the best cruise-ship available in Halong Bay.

As Ha Long Bay becomes increasingly crowded — with ports overflowing with tourists and caves packed to the point where there's barely space to walk and the main route is jammed with Cruises and Boats... Good cruise! Hieu, our guide was excellent!! Food is ok (desserts missed) no drinks included, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Kayak activity is superb as well as cycling was very nice!!! The cooking class and fishing.. meeh, not great.. FYI They offered to pick up from Hanoi and drop off in Ninh Binh. 25 usd per person. Worst experience in my whole trip!!! In the bus after the cruise, we drove 7 hours instead of 3, bus followed a different road and went in the middle of a city full of traffic, also because we were stopped for 2 hours with no reason and driver was very rude, he wanted us to go to the bathroom in middle on nowhere in the plants!!! We were so tired and loosed the whole day in bus (traffic was reason for like 30-60min delay,, but not for the 4 hours…

I couldn’t thank them enough. The cave trip is amazing and unforgettable. Please remember to tip the cruise employees… I only saw a few other people tip which is sad.

Coutious and polite staff, especially Luna who took care of us during the staf and our visit to the village. The stay was fantastic, and us - especially our child loved it at the cruise. Very clean rooms as well.
