Family run hotel. Parking right on site. Our host, Vartan, very polite, welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Room quiet and of very comfortable size overlooking the hotel gardens. Relaxing bed. Dinner very tasteful at decent prices. Kitchen and Service impeccable. Breakfast enjoyable, plenty and variety of choices. Hospitality at its best. Definitely recommended.

It was wonderful to stay in the guesthouse an old Armenian husband and wife are managing. They are super lovely and heartwarming people. I spent time to drink coffee several times with them. They can't speak English but we can communicate with love. The hostel is very clean and there's no problem. I definitely can recommend to staying here!

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

It was totally clean and fine. It is more valuable than the price you pay. It has a private bathroom in each room. It has TV in room, there is a shared kitchen with complete facilities and also a washing machine. The owner and families were so warm and welcoming. It's a quite place and near to Garni's temple (3 minutes by car) I was really satisfied and highly recommend it

Good value for price, I particularly recommend for budget travelers. The bed was comfortable, the interior of the apartment was modern and nice decor and hot water was available in a spacious bathroom. There was a washing machine in the bathroom and a kettle in the lounge area. It was easy to find as I had their phone number and then there is 'Tatev' wrote on the wall beside the gate and there is also a clearly visible white sign with black and green text that says guesthouse/bungalow. The owners were friendly. The man who stayed there with his child gave the place a family homesome atmosphere and another man who helped me phone the lady who spoke English over the phone were both very helpful. The location was okay for us because we could stop the 266 bus that went both to Yerevan and in the opposite direction closer to Gegehard monastery. It was 15 minute walk to Garni temple with shops and restaurants on the way.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

    Really lovely guest house with super kind hosts. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the place is super quiet with a big orchard. Great place for exploring Garni and Geghard.
