The rooms are very nice and Anush and her husband are very good hosts. We were welcomed very friendly. There is a menu in the room from which you can order a delicious dinner. Definitely recommended! The room was spacious and contained everything needed. Our best stay in Armenia!

Nice, comfy, perfectly clean accomodation right in the center, close to the bus station and the market. Very nice owner, I get much better room than I booked for price of the cheaper one. The owner managed a reservation of the place in the morning bus. I'm very sory for my mistake, when I after influence of delicious local beer can't find the right door and the owner came and opened the right one for me, cause I tried to open the neighbour's one...

Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

Armen is an incredibly welcoming host who was keen to help me get to and from Vanadzor safely. Whenever I came home I was always welcomed with cake and tea. The place itself has all the amenities and is nicely located only a short walk away from the green mountains of Vanadzor.

One of those rare places I would definitely return to! The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The view from the window and balcony opened up to a breathtaking forest landscape, with fresh, clean air all around. The area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. And a special mention goes to Mrs. Armine’s homemade breakfast – simply the best! A truly wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!

The cottage was fabulous. A lovely comfortable bed with a snuggly duvet, really warm. Coffee & tea making facilities. Lovely view of the mountains from our cottage with a deck to sit out on when the weather is warm enough.
