I traveled alone but the size of the room was enough for two people. Brand new room, bathroom and extra large kitchen if you want to cook your self. But there is no need since the owner Arpine is a great cook. You have fresh produce for breakfast and you can ask for lunch or dinner to be cooked for you. You can pickup your own herbs and fruit from their extra large garden.

The room was clean with hot water, comfortable beds and the location very quiet. The owner gave us a portable heater to take the chill off the room. There is also a well equipped kitchen area. You can use the washing machine for 1,000amd. It is about a 10 minute walk into town where we had lunch at the fantastic Mood Cafe in the park. The owner speaks very little English but we used google translate.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst exploring the area. It was a lovely peaceful place to relax with the pool and garden. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate dinner each night as it was exceptionally good. Each part of it was very tasty and we got to enjoy something different each night. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, organising a taxi for us each morning to go hiking and also dropping us to the Martshrutka on our final morning. Would love to stay here again.

My stay with Lusya was amazing! She makes you feel like at home, serves you tea and coffee and makes the best for you so you enjoy the trip. Once I arrived all wet from a hike, she let me use her drying machine and borrowed some clothes. The house is big and super clean, beds are comfortable and there is a beautiful garden with flowers. If you are going to Yeghegnadzor I definitely recommend you to choose this guesthouse!

Wow! This is a really wonderful place to stay in Yeghegnadzor. Ruzan is an amazing host who goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable & at home. Ruzan helped us in so many ways & we had a really fantastic time in Yeghegnadzor. The accommodation is perfect- our room was really spacious with lovely outside communal terraces where you can meet other guests for great conversation. The bathroom is shared but this was not a problem - the shower is hot & good pressure. The centre is a 15 minute flat walk & there are a couple of supermarkets much closer for the essentials (beer, cheese,bread!) Ruzan assisted us with many questions & queries & helped with our onward journey. We would definitely recommend Ruzan's if you are in Yeghegnadzor.
