The guesthouse is in a beautiful location, with vineyards, wineries and spectacular views from the hilltops. There are several nice towns in the area, but Maribor is also close. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had a balcony. The great breakfast deserves a special mention, of a quality that is not common in larger hotels even. Hilde is very kind host and was extremely helpful when we had a minor accident. Thank you for everything afterwards.

We visited Gamlitz because of a bike tour, and we choosed this accomodation because of its great location. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and rhe host always answerd in couple of hours.

Perfect place to stay in Südsteiermark! Picturestake mountains, wonderful hills and lovely wineries all are in close distance. Young nice & talented owners do their best to make guests much more than happy. Their hospitality is outstanding! Top quality foods & wines, excellent and well equiped modern rooms, ambitious surroundings and last and not least super services describe thist place most. I sincerely recommend the Ursprung!

Everything...starting from the first step in!! The room with a very nice design, comfy bad, complimentary beverages in the minibar and chocolate fondue ..no way!? the dinner was a surprise...but we were completely thrilled with the breakfast ...was unbelievable, pampered our senses. Stefan and Verena were wonderful energetic hosts who made every effort to make us comfortable and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful with suggestions for walks in the area, as well as for restaurants and other local eating places. The room was very comfortable and breakfasts were great.
