What an experience, the location was excellent and the reception was welcoming, warm and very informative. It could not be faulted. The host was excellent and very professional The quality, cleanliness, and fittings of the Q- time was exceptional, in particular our room and the public rooms were of a very high standard. In fact everything about Q- time was beyond our expectations. Excellent!!! The beds were so comfortable it was hard to describe. It is a subjective matter, but both my wife & I felt that the bed was the best we had the experience of for a long time.. Very, very comfortable. The breakfast was a feast of local produce representing the best of Belgian cuisine from the area. We were given an excellent overview and the background of each of the breakfast items presented,very informative. What an excellent experience. Our host would make a superb Ambassador for the Belgian hospitality industry and the quality of Q-time would be hard to match. We hope to return soonest.

It all started with the first look.. Clean, cosy, calm and quiet neighbourhood with an amazing view! The welcome was super friendly and open, showing us around the place and giving all the needed information (also for the wellness) The room looks amazing and is super clean! (Even the bed frame wall art has no dust in the small, hard to get places! 10/10!) Going into the wellness, we are greeted with a warm and cosy space with alot of natural light, a big swimming pool with waterfall (wich can be turned on or off at will) next to a lounge area with big, waterproof seats, a big jacuzzi and a sauna with an amazing view to the outside. This looks even better when the sun is down and the cosy lights are on! The wellness area is public to the other residents in the other suites and it is with bathclothing! Sleeping in the bed was also an amazing experience with high quality sheeting and boxspring and pillows. Showering in the beautiful (open feeling, thanks to the glass windows to the rest of the suite) bathroom is an absolute delight! In the morning we ate an amazing breakfast outside, enjoying the view and quiet surroundings. The breakfast included fresh orange juice, freshly baked eggs and bacon with your own specified sandwiches/croissants/pistolets/..., all fresh from the bakery, together with a freshly made coffee of your choice Overall an amazing and relaxing experience! 100/100!

Everything was fantastic - accommodation was relaxing, quiet and beautifully decorated in a rustic style. Nice walking routes nearby and conveniently located within a few minutes drive to the Durbuy town centre. The host, Jan, is one of the most welcoming people ever and has lots of great recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do.

    Charming and lovely wodden house in the middle of nature. The surrondings are beautiful & relaxing. The house is cozy and comfortable, decorated with taste and attention to details. Spacious bedrooms and top beds. Chantal is an amazing hostess, she makes us feel like home, we had nice chats and kids adore her. We defently will come back to enjoy Le chalet de Cerf is spring/summer again. Thanks Chantal&Cats to make our trip so enjoyable!

    Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Property is beautifully renovated, very spacious and in a very quiet and green location. Views are fantastic. Self-service bar with an excellent choice of both common and rare Belgian beers. Good breakfast with fresh sandwiches, cheese, meat, yoghurt. Yummy eggs freshly prepared by the property owner. Free wifi.
