great location, peaceful surrounding, tasty food, lovely hosts, clean & big rooms, close to supermarket & other snack bars / restaurants, we just discover our “home away from home” for when we want to enjoy a getaway to Ezerets. 😍 Ask for a Limoncello lemonade, try the white wine, tomato salad, pork neck, chicken, potatoes, sandwiches, cheese & cold bites - everything we’ve eaten there was fresh & very tasteful. Great for both couples and family with kids (the pool is very clean btw) Watchout for the mosquitos (only 1-2h after sunset)

The Guest house was beautiful. The tiled floors as you walk in are stunning. The owner was so lovely and happy. The room was spotless and you were provided with bottle water a kettle and coffee. We didn’t spend the night we just needed somewhere to stay between having to check out of one place to going to the airport. I did sleep for a couple of hours and the beds were lovely and comfortable.

We stayed for 10 days at Mimosa and had a great time. The apartment is large — it has a big hallway, a smaller hallway from which all the other rooms open, a big kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. The AC is in the small hallway, above the bathroom door, and the cool air can go into all the rooms without causing health issues. The internet is fast. The TV has good sports channels plus the usual Bulgarian and international channels. All the rooms have ceramic floors (which are cool in the hot weather) and solid wood furniture with a lot of space for clothes. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens are cotton. There are mosquito nets. The kitchen has a 6-seat oval table with comfortable chairs and all the appliances and utensils you could wish. Oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are provided also. There is a terrace accessible from the kitchen. The bigger bedroom has a closed balcony that gets a lot of sun. The bathroom is not very large but it’s very comfortable to use and the shower works great. You can park on the street for free or across the street for 10 leva/night. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the closest beach, which has umbrellas and beach chairs and also space for private umbrellas if you don’t want to rent one. It also takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the seaside promenade with the restaurants and terraces and shops. Aside from all the facilities, the hosts are wonderful people. They speak Bulgarian, German and Hristo speaks a bit of English as well. They are extremely hospitable, warm and friendly. One day we drove to Cape Caliacra and couldn’t find a free parking spot when we returned; they moved their car into the paid spots to free up a space for us (and we didn’t even have to ask them). Despite the language barrier, they were able to communicate very well, and we even made jokes about the various games in the UEFA Championship, which was going on at the time. When we left, they invited us to come back.

The room and services were excellent. The Owner of Guest House Eli is a great person, who kindly assisted us with everything we needed, including tourist attractions and road safety info.
