I really liked how we were greeted and taken care of by the staff, they were so kind and pleasant, always smiling. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is a really nice touch to bring the experience to a higher level, really nice. The room is comfortable and we were able to rest peacefully.

This was the best value for money during my entire trip to North Macedonia and Bulgaria. The location also was perfect for me; it all depends what you require for a location. Extremly clean and comfortable room with very nice decorations here and there to make you feel like at home. I would definitely come here again.
