Superb guest house as so many of the reviews have confirmed. It’s a beautiful oasis of calm, warmth and style in a quiet part of Belize. One can see that Francois the owner who was such a welcoming and interesting host, has put her heart and soul into this place and it has paid off. I can’t imagine there is a more special place than this in Belize city. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Amazing 2-bedroom shared flat with all the amenities you need (drinkable water, fridge, kettle, coffee, books, good wifi, toiletries, towels, AC, super comfy beds etc.). The hosts are super kind and helpful (they also run a tour agency, Epic Mayan Tour, and sent someone to pick me up at the airport, which was great). The location is perfect, barely a 10 second walk to the ferry terminal going to Caye Caulker, San Pedro etc. There are restaurants within a 5-min walk, as well as a nice little museum on Belize a minute away. Overall a great place to stay and I’d definitely stay there again!

Such a good place to stay before an international flight. Perfect localisation, calm and the most important : great appartement (beautiful decoration and well equipped) You can do some grocery shopping around to cook, Netflix is also available The manager (Godfrey) is so kind, very available and propose taxi services. It was a perfect end to 2 weeks in Belize. Though less than 10 minutes from the airport, which for us was a bonus, it was quiet, serene and all was perfect. Cate and Dan are sweet and personable hosts who made us feel at home.
