The Gite au Perchoir was a real discovery. We booked on line, based on the reviews and photos and weren’t disappointed. We had the upstairs room with a balcony with stunning views across the St Lawrence which we enjoyed on a warm evening and clear morning. The room was very comfortable with great facilities and we enjoyed a very personally prepared breakfast with the other guests each morning. We also had access to a comfortable sitting room downstairs with coffee and tea. To be recommended.

New management since 2025, looking forward to welcoming you to Charlevoix. Located in the centre of Baie-Saint-Paul, this guest accommodation offers a cable TV in each unit.

The property was so clean and súper accesible to the town, but what I thought was the best was the actual room, it was so big and super comfortable. The host was also the best part, he was super attentive and nice and accommodating! Best place to stay in Quebec!

This house was so cozy!! The cats and dog Margo were adorable. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean room, comfortable mattress, free parking, reasonable distance by car to the heart of the city. Amazing view of the river and the mountains. Very close to the sand beach. Restaurant on site offers meals at a separate rate. Our stay was too short to take advantage of the amenities on site but there is a sauna, a pool, etc.

I really love this place . Location is amazing surrounded by mountains and we were there during fall season views outside are breathtaking.

The owner was extremely helpful and always friendly. He directed us to several areas on the island that were of interest to us both. The breakfasts were way beyond our expectations. We would definitely return.
