The host Carole was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything i needed. She is an amazing person. I had a truly memorable stay thanks to her outstanding service.The room was very comfortable and clean. The host is also living upstairs, so if you need anything, she is available. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Really fantastic place that I can't recommend highly enough if you are travelling to Montreal. Rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. They just bought out the neighboring building and renovated the reception, and the host was telling us they're adding a spa as well! We love this place - great location (1 min to Sherbrooke metro and 5 mins to restaurants on St. Denis), rooms are updated and clean, beds are comfy, and it's pretty quiet given the location, too. The rooftop patio is definitely worth a visit - great for grabbing some takeout and having a more relaxing night in. This was our second stay in 3 years - we'll probably stay here for our next trip to Montreal, too.
