We, a young couple, were staying at Alains House for two nights and it was truly amazing. He is the perfect host: friendly, kind, helpful. His English is good to communicate about everything. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The garden with jacuzzi and swimming pool is really beautiful. The absolut best is the fresh and tasty breakfast. The location of the house is also very good: 5min (20min walking) driving to the river where the restaurants are. 25min driving to the entrance of the national parc. Not only did we enjoy our stay, we also received a lot of helpful tips and suggestions for spots to go to from Alain. The stay at his bed & breakfast was surely an amazing experience we will always remember.

A beautiful riverside location. The lodge we stayed in was tastefully decorated and maintained to a high standard with modern shower and comfortable bed/sitting room. Our hosts Lyne and Arnaud made us feel at home straight away. A very pleasant evening chatting on the balcony before relaxing in the spa. Large bedroom with private bathroom. Beautiful view towards the Mauricie river. A friendly duck and tamia were regular visitors in the pretty garden. Filling breakfast with lots of choice.
