We stayed here for our wedding night! The food was amazing. The property was gorgeous and golf cart was an added bonus of fun. The cottage was spotless and the hot tub was fab. Communication was impecable. Peaceful quiet place.

Juliette is awesome! She made us welcome and at home, we loved the breakfast with fresh smoothies and the eggs from her own chicken! The house is very nice and clean, you can choose from different rooms, but all are nice... ...we felt like home from the first moment and hope to be able to come back some day!!

The front desk was very accommodating. Amelia the housekeeper was very friendly and our room was very well maintained.The microwave, dishes, dish cloth, tea towel and dish washing liquid made our stay without hassle. my friend has many food allergies so we could so easily prepare food and clean up. The room was very simple yet so functional. The round table and chairs gave the room a "homey feel". Although our time was short, it was a wonderful "getaway". God bless you. Johanna

We stayed here for the weekend and we’re met with brilliant service. We were picked up from the ferry and dropped back by the complimentary shuttle and spent the day on the complimentary e-bikes and kayaks even though we arrived before the 4pm check in time. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. The inn is about a 20 minute walk from downtown Victoria along a lovely pedestrian walkway away from the road. They also have a great common room with a pool table where you can have juice or make yourself a coffee whenever you like. Breakfast was also very nice with a variety of different pastries, cereals,juices and yogurts to choose from. I would highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting Victoria.

I was incredibly impressed with not only the location (140 year old house on the waterfront), but with Lipton himself. From the moment I walked through the door, he was very friendly and personally gave me a quick tour of the building. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

I really like how the host arranged everything for us, this sweet house is the best ever living place in my 11 days trip in Vancouver and Victoria. They are fluent in both English and Mandarin. The house is fully cleaned, the laundry is free to use, and the bed is sooo great, makes me fall asleep in just a second 😆 You can cook, roast toast, boil hot water, microwave, and freeze your food. What ever provided makes you feel at home. Last but not least, the price is unbeatable given the location,, just 10 min walk from bus stop. I will suggest for everyone who comes to visit Victoria.

The individual suites are lovingly furnished and equipped to a high standard. Every detail is established with such a good taste and you can feel the love and joy of Darren, for what he is offering and doing for his guests, he really is an amazing and wonderful host and person.
