It was meticulous. The staff were wonderful - Johan and Daniel. They were so helpful with sightseeing info and very pleasant.

The staffs were extremely kind. Left a bag at a train station and helped me find the bag. Also was about to miss a train but the staff helped me bringing my lugguage to the train station. Room was great and location is outstanding.

Fantastic! The whole place with everything you need to prep food. The location is beautiful, extremely close to the train station. The check in was smooth.

The hotel is easy to access and is just minutes from Andermatt. Our room was large and comfortable, with thick down duvets and fluffy pillows on the beds. The bathroom was large with a spacious shower and shelving for personal items. The bathroom was maintained daily, with the trash taken out and the towels and bath mat replaced. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety. William is a cheerful and friendly host, with good advice for skiing and the local area.

We are in love with this place! The staff is incredibly amazing, and the apartment is spacious with an outstanding view. You can cook for yourself, and there is a Coop just a minute’s walk away. 10/10!!!! Amazing place and location. So relaxing, it feels like heaven. This adorable chalet was placed in a fairytale setting. I’ve been wanting to visit Switzerland all my life and this location was perfect!

The stay was absolutely awesome! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged. There were so many amenities and little details taken care of that I honestly found myself wondering what wasn’t included in this stay. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and felt instantly welcoming. Even though I had planned to stay for just one night, I was seriously tempted to extend my trip.not only because of the excellent facilities, but also because of the breathtaking, scenic location. Waking up to such a view felt like a dream. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and natural beauty so perfectly. If I ever get the chance, I’ll be back for a much longer stay. I will book this stay again for sure.

Location and night view was amazing if the sky is clear, you could see the stars at night, the staff were friendly and helpful, WiFi is good, room was cozy and warm. Breakfast was great as well.

Room was very clean, area was nice and quiet but still near facilities. Parking on-site.
