Spacious attic room. I like that we had to take off our shoes to get to the room. It kept the place clean. The kitchen was very spacious. Although our room was at the attic, the kitchen on the 2nd floor gave us a nice break carrying big luggage. The staff were very welcoming and helped us carry our big bags to our room. My friend and her husband who stayed in a double room were very happy that when she opened her door, there was the kitchen. It felt like home.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful chalet in Wilderwil, Switzerland, and it truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to our hosts, Mr. Fritz and Mrs. Gabi. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were staying with close family or friends. The village of Wilderwil is a sight to behold, with its mesmerizing beauty that captures the essence of Switzerland's enchanting landscapes. 😍 The facilities at the chalet were more than adequate, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring authentic Swiss cuisine—absolutely loved the bread, butter, and sausages! *While a bit more variety day-to-day would have been appreciated, the authentic taste of the food, provided a delightful compensation for the limited selection.. 😉 Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking to experience genuine Swiss hospitality in a picturesque setting. We're already looking forward to our next visit with Mr. Fritz and Mrs. Gabi! 😇

The hotel was clean and simple. The owner was so kind and everyone was so adorable. The roftop was amazing with a cute view on the mountains . It s the best spot to relax and connect with the nature . It’s only 15min to interlaken west . The bus come from 1 hour to an other hour. It’s accessible and easy to go to interlaken . The food in the restaurant is amazing also the breakfast was so good . I highly recommend this hotel to everyone .

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

The family-run Hotel Des Alpes is located next to the Muggeseeli nature reserve in the centre of Kandersteg. All rooms have been renovated in 2010 and Wi-Fi is available for free.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is situated in a stunning environment with plenty of opportunities for excursions. The owners are very kind and helpful people. The breakfast was excellent, with local products. We appreciate space with sofa and small table in our rooms. We had booked the accommodation for 3 days, but after realizing how fantastic the surroundings and the hotel were, we decided to stay for an additional 2 nights. Everything was clean and functional. Perfect value for the money. We hope to come back one day. :-)
