Location is excellent. Very short walk to the beach and surf. Clean room. It had everything you need. Comfortable beds, strong AC, kitchen with everything you need to cook. Property felt safe and secured. Pool was also nice for a dip to cool off with outside shower. And to top it all off, Henri is a wonderfully gracious kind accommodating host. And also extremely funny! If you want awesome vibes and be close to beach with all the amenities definitely stay here.

I loved everything about this place! I felt like I was sleeping on the beach... it's that close! There are cozy hammocks and sitting areas, clean bathroom, delicious breakfasts, and kind hosts. I will definitely stay here again. It was soooo relaxing.

The minute we entered the property, we felt relaxed and at ease. Jenna and her husband worked wonders and you feel the love in every little detail. Breakfast is served in a small rancho with a view towards horses, cows and other animals. The breakfast itself is made with love and attention to detail by Jenna, who is also an excellent tour guide and knows the area very well. The cabana is the perfect private rustic getaway from the plugged-in keep-up-with-the-Joneses world to slow down reconnect with nature and loved ones. The location had amazing access to a pristine beach and the property itself is a little wildlife haven. We were birding from bed! Karen’s cooking was the best we had in Guanacaste and she went out of her way to accommodate my gluten intolerance by making delicious homemade gluten free breads and muffins that satisfied and impressed! Jack and Karen are charming, a pleasure to talk with and are an amazing resource for information on Costa Rica.
