The room was comfortable and modern, just renovated with a spacious bathroom. Close to the beach and attractions (within 5-10 minutes by walk). Another advantage for us was the possibility of self-check-in as our flight was around midnight.

It was a relaxed stay, perfect for rewinding and recharging. It was great to connect with Helena, who made sure I was comfortable and happy, and whom had many interesting stories to share!

An exeptional host. Very friendly, servile. No objections at all. Near the main street, grocery, center of Larnaca and a beach. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Do not expect luxury but it is a very pleasant stay with clean facilities and big terrace.

We have never been welcomed anywhere, like we were welcomed by Fadi in Larnaca. The best host ever, big man, big heart, beautiful soul, so attentive from the first contact until our departure. He was taking care of us throughout the day and night, great recommendations, big big thanks for everything! The place itself is spotless! There is so much attention to detail, impeccably clean, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, perfect WiFi and AC, beautiful garden setting for hanging out outside... it is just perfect! Just a few minutes of nice walk to everything in the old town, plenty of restaurants to choose from in a walking distance beach is also very close and you don't need a car for anything. We've unfortunately spent only two days here, but on our next visit to Larnaca, this is going to be our base for sure.

Location it was good, super close to many shops. Shower was strong with warm water. AC was working amazingly. Sir Harry is a great person and made us feel at home. I would definitely return.

Everything was wonderful the room was clean the area of the villa was clean it was exactly what we was looking for a quiet place for us. The owner of the villa was very polite and kind he was asking us if we need something and he care if everything was okey. I already recommended this places for all couples that I know because in this villa you can forget everything that is outside of the wall and be together with you second half in and wonderful place

We had a room with exit to nice garden. It was quite in the night and it was good for sleeping. Nicolas is good host, always ready to give you a good advice about city, buses etc.
