The stay was incredibly easy and Elisabeth was very friendly and helpful. We were given very good advice and help for any question. We had a lovely stay in the area, very comfortable and relaxing. Check in and check out were very smooth and they were very flexible. And, she speaks very good English!

The hotel's location is absolutely ideal - it's conveniently situated near the main station and nestled in the heart of the charming small town, making everything so much more convenient and enjoyable during my stay. To top it off, the hotel offers a delicious typical German breakfast, called Brotzeit, which was available at a very reasonable price of just 5 Euros per person per day. If you're a coffee lover, you can add a container (more than a cup) for just an additional 3 Euros. One of the things that stood out to me was the payment process - you pay after enjoying your breakfast, and the hotel accepts both cash and card payments. The only downside was that they only support the German EC Card, but overall it was a delightful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.

Pension Willibald is quietly situated a 10-minute drive from the centre of Bad Tölz. The guest house offers both rooms and apartments and there is free WiFi access available.

The location cannot be beat; mountains on all sides. The dining room is upscale rustic, very charming. Staff very friendly and helpful, food fresh and interesting. The most comfortable comforter on the bed that I've ever had. Loved that our room for 4 had a door for privacy for adults. Shower also great. We hiked Wallberg (bring spikes in winter), and did some sledding (we borrowed their wooden sleds). The whole weekend was cloudy at the lake but not where we were: above the clouds in the sunshine! Staff brought a nice cake for birthday, a surprise.

The room was magnificent- clean, comfortable and spacious. Tip marks also for the quietness, no excessive sounds got through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, right at the start of the hiking path.
