Good value for a clean large room in a separate building to the house on road. Had a small kitchen and outside a washing line to dry hiking clothes. 15 km from Gijon, good mid point break on an otherwise 30 km stage of the Camino del Norte. Two bars nearby at a similar 5 minute distance to eat, the easterly option has a menu of the day served from 8pm, whilst the other only has evening sandwiches but the westerly option opens from 5 am for breakfast.

Located in Avilés, this guest house is only 2 km from the town centre. Pensión Serafín offers rooms with heating and a cafeteria with free Wi-Fi.

Loved everything about this accommodation. So central. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a lot of light in the room. The bathroom was spacious and so clean. Excellent value for money.

The receptionist was nice, even if it was a bit difficult communicating in English... It's good that you're given all the keys and you're indipendent: you can enter the hotel any time, also at late night/early morning.

Comfy beds in a brand new modern room. Kettle. Fluff towels. Left bags as arrived early and got notified when room ready and bags helpfully put in room for us. Great location only a few blocks from a wonderful beach.

Simple clean accommodations in a beautiful place at a low price with very friendly and accommodating management. Cozy spot above the river, short walk from the port. Happy to have a coffee machine too!

The bed was super comfy and the pillows too. It is the one thing that determines my day is how I sleep so this was my biggest plus during my stay. lovely big windows that you can open with nice curtains. If you close the windows you do not hear the outside noise. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk along the beautiful beachfront to get to the main part of the city.

A great value for money when you're looking for a place where you can stay a few days and cook for yourself (a grocery shop open whole day except Sundays is up the street). The room was nicely furnished, I did not notice any dampness that is mentioned in some reviews, it seems that owners try to address issues when they appear. (And if you have difficulties with turning on the shower - do not give up, it DOES function. (Just push the handle upwards.) But owners should provide instructions :-) .)
