The apartment was the same as in the pictures. It’s a three bedroom apartment, two of the rooms share a bathroom, and one of the rooms had its own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine included. The host was very nice, and offered us all the information we needed. It is self check in, and the indications were all very clear. The apartment is very well situated, very close to the train station, and the tram, and a 20 minute walk to the old center.

Super lovely staff, very much a self-service type of place. Great common room to meet people. Room itself is basic but the AC works well, bathrooms are clean and never had to queue, and the in-house laundry was a great touch. I think the bad reviews are extremely unjust and done by people who had expectations of a hotel as opposed to a friendly guesthouse.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!

The hotel was a gem in paradise. I would highly recommend the Deluxe room because of the brilliant view. Everyone was very kind and nice, especially Mam who was caring for the breakfast. She made you feel at home and cared for, we had nice chats about this and that. You get to Nice and the surroundings by public transport so you can do pretty much everything you like. Nice restaurants are around too. Best choice!

Gorgeous host and lovely property the shower was fabulous and bed very cozy. After a four hour drive our host greeted us with cold water and home baked loaf which was delicious- street parking below was easy we were very happy would highly recommend ! 🌸
