I had the most amazing stay, everything was beyond great (up there in my Booking.com breaks). Greg and wife were so attentive, room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. They even gave me a leaving gift for my partner on leaving. Only a short walk to Monaco. The place to stay if in the area😊

The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.

Highly recommend this if you’re visiting Monaco for a night or two as it’s small. It’s close to the escalators going up from Monaco and the train is only 10 minute walk away

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is something special! :) the breakfast was very delicious, fresh. The owner was nice, we could also leave our car and bikes there after check out to go to Menton centre by foot. :) There was also a very nice cat around the garden, which is always a big plus for us. :)

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape. When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings. My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles). As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

Annie was absolutely lovely – so kind and welcoming. The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. Annie kindly let us use her towels and sun umbrella, which was really thoughtful. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, super clean, and had everything we needed. We stayed at this lovely hotel located in a small mountain village with absolutely beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The room was spotless, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and stylishly designed. We especially appreciated the chance to relax outside on the terrace and enjoy the peaceful scenery. The garden also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off on hot days. Everything was just perfect! Many thanks to the kind and welcoming hosts!

This is a great option for people who value a great location at a reasonable price. The building is located in the very center of the city, so you won't have to spend money on transportation. There are many grocery supermarkets nearby, and an excellent market in the old town where you can buy local produce. The beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and cozy, thanks to Philip, who takes great care of everything. I stayed in a double room and loved everything. I'll definitely be back!

    Truly fabulous views of the sea, the coast and Monaco from your private terrace. Lovely owner who is discrete but very friendly and considerate. Charming and spacious bedroom with attractive modern en suite shower room. Very good breakfast. You can choose to have breakfast on your terrace, on the communal terrace, or in the communal lounge as the owner is very flexible. Very good value for money.

    The location is tucked away, which means it is quiet and private. Stunning, stunning, stunning view from the spacious room and balcony. Beautiful breakfast served at the time of your choice, with fresh fruit, bread and pastries - we could not get through it all! Lovely staff looked after us. It is a fair walk down to the train / beach, so you need to be fit enough to get back up! But totally worth it for the view. And the beaches are just beautiful. Visit the Eileen Gray house nearby while you're there - book a tour in advance.

    Very charming! The view from the private balcony is fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. Excellent service, an attentive host and very good breakfast. Great location! 10 minutes walk up to the beautiful Roquebrune village, and the beach is also within walking distance. Highly recommended.
