We had a wonderful one-night stay at Ardross Cottages near Aberfoyle. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views over Loch Ard. Our room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Shaun and Kate are perfect hosts. We felt at home right from the start. The house is tastefully decorated with a sense for the details and the room was large, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom had a window and a bathtub with a modern shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Although we didn't use it, there is also a nice hot tub in the large garden. There are numerous bird feeders all around the premises and it was joyful to watch the birds during our meals and from our room. We enjoyed the three course dinner as well as the breakfast freshly made with lots of love. We had interesting conversations with our kind hosts and would love to come back in the future. The location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions.

Lovely modern cabin - great lighting and super comfortable. Not en suite bathroom for the cabin but it’s just inside the main house - no problem. Lovely house and kitchen provisions. Nice breakfast and perfect poached eggs!
