Shaun and Kate are perfect hosts. We felt at home right from the start. The house is tastefully decorated with a sense for the details and the room was large, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom had a window and a bathtub with a modern shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Although we didn't use it, there is also a nice hot tub in the large garden. There are numerous bird feeders all around the premises and it was joyful to watch the birds during our meals and from our room. We enjoyed the three course dinner as well as the breakfast freshly made with lots of love. We had interesting conversations with our kind hosts and would love to come back in the future. The location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions.

Tony was the perfect host. Stayed for only one night, but it was the ideal way to start our vacation. Upon arrival, Tony gave us a friendly tour of our room, which was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Barbara & Thorsten are so lovely, really care about their guests and clearly want guests’ stays to be as comfortable as possible. The facilities are spotless, and nice & quiet. About 5-10 minutes walk to the Oak Inn which is a great post-dinner or early morning walk.

Everything. This is the best B & B I've stayed in. I was in the area for a walking weekend with three friends. We all felt the same. The building and grounds are beautiful; perfectly presented, maintained etc. The rooms were tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, warm and very comfortable. Stefano was extremely friendly and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and carefully presented. The location is perfect - an easy walk from the shopping area but just far enough to be quiet at night, allowing a great quality of sleep. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back!
