Host and owner was extremely hospitable and helpful, Located close to the Seacombe ferry it was easy to access the city. Rooms were beautifully and tastefully appointed , bathrooms recently renovated to a high standard. Breakfast good and more than sufficient. Very good value for the price.

Karl was amazing and super accommodating. He offered so many additional amenities that were above and beyond...snacks and drinks available at all hours. I only wish we had more time to appreciate all of them. We were late arriving and had to leave in the middle of the night as we were just there for the Taylor Swift concert. We had hoped to at least get a nap in before getting back on the road, but ran out of time. Although Karl made it clear we were able to come and go as we pleased.
