Spectacular place to stay, property exactly as shown on pictures, felt very comfortable and safe. Room with ensuite was perfectly clean, lovely decorated and warm, bed comfortable, outstanding bathroom, shower with good water pressure and immediate hot water and illuminated mirror.

Short stay at Francis's, but it was magnificent, I would come back without hesitation and I recommend it to you all. Francis is wonderful, outgoing, available, responsive, super friendly. We were able to chat when I arrived, share a drink, laugh. The accommodation is magnificent, cozy, very very clean. The bedding is top of the range, we sleep well, the bathroom is perfect, the living room is impeccable with coffee and tea in the kitchen available. This is a very good equipped, very clean and comfortable unit in Wallasey. I felt myself safe and calm, because the apartement is in a quiet Street near the Mersey River. The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!

Karl is a fantastic host. He explains everything, he worries about your confort in all senses. He is great. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. The house is located in Bootle, not exactly next to Liverpool's city center, but it is very well comunicated by bus. It is fast and cheap, and Karl explains how to do.
