    The location is perfect, easy to find and next to a supermarket and restaurants. Also great location with a child as a playground is near by. The room is perfect with everything you need. A kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The bed is big and the furniture is exactly what you need.Even though the road is near by, it is still really quiet. You can do everything like at home.

    Very clean and comfy room in a nice quiet residential location just off the sea front. An excellent breakfast was served in a lovely dining room by very polite and friendly staff. The owner, Veronica was a very charming lady who went out of her way to make everyone feel at home. Definitely the best B&B I have stayed in, in Bognor (and elsewhere) over the last 5 years.
