The owner, Bulent, was extremely friendly and helpful - a great room, very clean, a little small, but with good facilities and prefect for our one-night stay. Very quiet at night. A fantastic "full-English" breakfast was included in the price - cooked freshly to our requirements. Fantastic value for money, near to the motorway and the local train station

David's home is lovely, decorated to a very high standard and very comfortable. He made us very welcome and nothing was too much. The continental breakfast every morning was lovely. It's location was ideal for walking into Preston for shopping, restaurants and pubs and the fact there is parking is a bonus.

Lauren (the owner) is extremely amicable, approachable and goes out of her way to cater for your needs. We even received home made pain au chocolat pastries on arrival and old style fresh bottled milk and water in the on site fridge. The property is beautiful and has stunning views, especially if you have a passion for horses, as there's a small equestrian centre on site. It's a perfect location, tranquil and set in lovely countryside so if you have dogs (the property is pet friendly) it's great for walks. We will definitely be returning.
