An excellent stay, rooms were cozy and comfortable, kept very clean. Great value. Really enjoyed the art deco style. Location very close to metro and a very quiet neighborhood, with pubs and food options nearby. Lounge area very nice, includes coffee and tea. Included breakfast was good.

It's not a 10 but a 10 + 1 ;) Everything was perfect during our stay. The hosts Charminda and Naushad were exceptional, friendly, helpful, we don't have enough words to describe the way we were welcomed at this guesthouse. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious, the room was impeccable and despite being located above a pub/restaurant, the soundproofing was excellent. If we return to London we will definitely stay at this wonderful place again.

Sophie is a genious! She is kind and gentle, says hello with a smile and with bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, etc. Little house has everything one can need, to cook and even to watch Nerflix! Showers were perfect, everything super clean and comfortable. Neighbourhood is fantastic. Amazing place to stay, huge park in front! Must go there more than once!!!
