Totally love the vibe of this beautiful cottage, it’s spotless, super stylish and secure. The host Clair was so lovely and accommodating, taking an extra mile in welcoming her guests. My girls went crazy over the cozy bunk beds. Would love to go back to this little gem again in the future.

Absolutely everything, George is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are completely satisfied. On arrival we were greeted by George at the front door, he organised our parking permit just outside his home for 3 days, showed us to our room and amenities which had everything even down to new toothbrushes, deodorant, a razor, makeup remover and much more. We couldn't believe that in the bedroom there was also a bottle of prosseco and beer in the wine bucket for us to enjoy. The bedroom and bathroom and very hot shower were just amazing and spotlessly clean! The bed and pillows were just so very comfortable. We had the best 3 nights stay at Park View. There was nothing that we wanted for from the huge English breakfast with fresh juices, cereals , toast, jams, and fresh fruit, which included avocado and yoghurt every day. George told us of places to visit from cafes to the best pub and also offered to book Sergio's Italian restaurant if we would like to go. The best host and the best B&B we have ever stayed in and the biggest breakfast, which was divine and kept us full all day! Thanks so much, George. we look forward to the time we can return to visit you and Chester again.

Beautiful old inn in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff and exceptional cooked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. If you travel by car, there is 24 hour parking near the castle at a very good rate about a five minute walk away. There are a few parking spaces in the road in front of the inn for dropping off luggage, 15 minutes maximum stay. Don’t park in the court car park across the road, it may look like it is free but the wardens there don’t appreciate it!

Delightful host. Nothing too much trouble. Spotless and warm. Helpful with info on best route to the ferry and great curry restaurant recommended. Terrific value. Will definitely use thus hotel again when travelling by ferry home to Ireland.

Wow! Everything about this place is exceptional! The location is very close to the train station, a 15 minute walk, but outside the house there is also a bus stop. The staff is amazing! friendly and very polite and helpful. The breakfast? Excellent! And they take food allergies into account, they offered me gluten free bread and also lactose free butter, I was so grateful to be able to eat everything they offered me. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, I am very happy to recommend this place and I am so grateful to have stayed there and enjoyed it, one of the best places I have ever stayed and visited. My first time in Chester and it was amazing. Looking forward to being there again soon and definitely at ba ba’s house.
