Loved the building! fires roaring! (January) Lovely welcome at reception. Nice clean family room with comfy beds. Evening meal was very nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good. Spot on location. Will be visiting again. Would recommend.

Great old fashioned pub in a beautiful historic village. Staff were super friendly, the food and breakfast was amazing. Lots of luxurious little touches, like chocolates and cookies in the rooms, good quality toiletries and plush towels.

A lovely, quiet, peaceful village but lots to explore nearby. Super clean and comfy. Helpful and kind host. Lovely breakfast. Car parking provided onsite. Some lovely extras like home cooked biscuits and soaps etc.Village folk welcomed us to their table tennis evening- something on I. the village hall most nights of the week.
