Staying with Nato and Paata was one of our best experiences in Georgia. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless clean and the location is perfect. We also had very nice talks with both of them and we liked a lot their authentic and warm vibe. Paata drove us to the main tourist attractions around (including Vardzia) for a fair price and also gave us some explanations. 200% recommended !

Excellent value for money. Guesthouse was able to arrange tour to Vardzia and Khertvisi fortress by taxi. It was an excellent trip with a very good local driver.

This was hands down the best place we stayed in, in Georgia. It's right across to Rabati castle, you get a beautiful view of it every morning. The hostess Svetlana was amazing; she can speak Russian and English very well, she's helpful and kind. The rooms are big, warm and have ACs. The breakfast was delicious and was varied each day. You can buy excellent dinner of the traditional cuisine, in reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

I loved my time at Kantora 19! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh and tasty breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed and giving great tips for places to visit. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to everything but still nice and quiet. I highly recommend Kantora 19 for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would love to come back!

It is very quiet and lovely place near Rabati Castle. That place got so satisfying patio, where you can enjoy beautiful mountain and city views. It was especially beautiful ar night, with warm lights and the sounds of the birds. Recommend Rabat Funicular, with its charming atmosphere and hosts. By the way, It is 2 minute road from the castle, so you can go there easily and get free parking.

Original Armenian bed with wool mattress. Very warm sleeping and a very quiet place. If necessary one could use the airco. The room has traditional furniture, a table, two chairs, a comfy seat and two windows. It looks like a small apartment. In the cozy yard is a beautiful quince tree. There is a wide rocking chair and your car can be parked on site.

I honestly felt like I was home and a part of the family. They go to great lengths to accomendate their guests. Even when my car broke down they came and picked me up from the mechanic, and when the zipper on my shoe broke they made sure it got fixed while I borrowed a pair of shoes. I am so grateful to for the time I spent here!

    Great location just below entrance to Rabati Castle and opposite a couple restaurants. Our ensuite room was at the front of the house, very private and lovely and warm (we were there in the middle of winter). They also offer a good value taxi service (by the family's son) to nearby attractions such as Vardzia and Khertvisi Fortress which we used. Breakfast offering was good value including tea, omlettes, fresh bread, cheese, salad.

    Me and my fiancee really enjoyed staying here, the owner is an absolutely lovely and charming woman. We were traveling with my dog and for it was of an absolute importance that the dog can stay with me and in my case the owner has kindly allowed us staying with the dog. The location is great, in the very center, super close to the fortress but in a quiet area, so we had a great sleep.
