We loved our stay at Alas and on the island so much that we extended our vacation by three days. The location was central close to shops and restaurants, walking or driving distance. Good for travelling around the island with a car, there is a private parking from which it is easy to reach the hotel. The place is right on the sandy beach and you can hop in the sea as soon as you wake up. The outdoor shower is a great feature and the sun deck where you can relax is very pleasant with comfy chairs, beds, umbrellas and nice details. The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the sea, Zakynthos town, mountains and sunset. Our host Nikos was very kind and flexible and gave us many good recommendations, prepared a great fresh breakfast and offered us coffee the morning of our departure. The cleaning staff was also very kind and nice. Would absolutely visit again!

Very discret host. Everyday cleaning in the room. New sheets and towels every 3 days. Close to the center and to the bars & restaurants & supermarkets. (3 -15 minutes walking). The pool is nice 140cm deep enogh to swim a bit. The furniture is minimalistic same the kitchen utilities. A bit of a terrace. Also very close to the nices beaches on the island (drive from 15 to 45 minutes) you need a car to reach a nice beach.

We can only recommend the stay in Casa del Mar if you are going to Zakynthos. Very nice personnel,great service and communication, everything was nice,modern,spacious,clean. Great placement by the seaside and beautiful interior design, modern and cozy. Good breakfast, quite varied and filling. The host was amazing! We were allowed to stay at the hotel/restaurant beach until check-in time and could leave our luggage in the luggage room. Our host was also very prompt and helpful with everything we needed during our stay.
