The location was in a peaceful rural setting with restaurants and pubs nearby. The continental breakfast was substantial with fresh fruit salad, fruit, cereals, bread, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee. Thankyou Mary for such a friendly and welcoming stay. It is a beautiful place and close to Drogheda and surrounding historic sites.

I stayed one night to attend a wedding nearby. I totally got caught up with the day and didn’t ring until late to check in and they were very understanding. The room was warm, cosy and clean, with fabulous views. And the magic touch, they had the electric blanket warning my bed when I got in to bed with my sore feet from dancing. Will be back.

Everything about this property is fabulous. Tucked away down country lanes , set on a river. Our welcome was warm and genuine. We found all the staff to be polite and friendly even though they were dealing with a roomful of people.We liked the food so much we had lunch, dinner and breakfast here. Definitely worth a detour.

It was such a beautiful location in a perfect area just a 10 minute walk away from the centre. We had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. We were welcomed very warmly and we felt comfortable from the first minute. For breakfast we had a big choice between irish breakfast, cereals, bread, jam, joghurt and more.
